What are concepts?
Concepts mean different design options. For example, if you order a logo package that includes 2 logo concepts, you get 2 different logo design options.
What are revisions?
I am looking to purchase a Branding package, when will I receive the designs?
You will usually receive your logo concepts fisrt within 2 to 4 business days after placing your order. and then the stationery concept(s). Delivery time may vary depending on the items included in the package. Please refer to the package description for details.
Can I request revisions to all the concepts?
Revisions are allowed only for approved logo or stationery concept. If you want to revise more concepts, there will be an additional charge.
How will I receive the design items I have purchased?
All designs will be sent via email. Please make sure your email is correct when ordering.
What if I have my own special idea for the logo and branding?
That will be great! We welcome your input and will be happy to follow up on your ideas. Please include your specific ideas in the form page we will sent you, or contact us by email: [email protected]. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
Can I send some inspiration images and color palettes right after purchasing a package?
Yes, of course. Please email [email protected] with your order number and any inspirational images, color palettes you'd like to share.
Can you redesign my current logo / brand?

What files are included in the package?
We provide the TOP quality vector logo format. The vector is unlimited resolution and unlimited size.
