TangierOn-siteInternshipApplications open

A curious mind. A way with people.

Help more people discover Brandegree and turn that interest into meaningful conversations. This internship brings together content, marketing and relationship building, for someone who enjoys ideas, writing and understanding what businesses need.

You’ll work alongside the founder to develop the studio’s own marketing, research relevant businesses and prepare early client conversations. You’ll learn through guided tasks, shared preparation and feedback, with responsibilities growing as you gain confidence.

What you’ll contribute to.

  • Research and draft articles, case-study stories and social media content for Brandegree.
  • Help plan email campaigns, write messages and learn from their results.
  • Research businesses that could benefit from the studio’s expertise and help with thoughtful, targeted outreach and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and join introductory client meetings with the founder; progressively lead parts of these conversations with support.
  • Listen to prospective clients, capture their needs, context and priorities, and turn your notes into clear briefs for the team.
  • Keep contact records and next steps organised, and suggest ways to improve the studio’s visibility and enquiries.

What we’re looking for.

  • An interest in marketing, communication, brand strategy and how businesses grow. A creative background is welcome.
  • Clear writing and an ability to adapt your message to different people and channels.
  • A thoughtful, confident approach to speaking with people, asking questions and listening.
  • Curiosity, initiative and the discipline to follow through on small details.
  • Availability to work at our Tangier studio. Tell us whether Tangier is already your main place of residence.

What you can develop.

  • Editorial and email marketing skills grounded in a real studio’s work.
  • A practical understanding of audiences, brand positioning and targeted outreach.
  • Confidence in preparing meetings, understanding client needs and writing useful briefs.
  • A habit of reviewing results and improving your next action.

What could come next?

The internship is an opportunity to learn and contribute. A longer-term position may be considered if there is a mutual fit, strong progress and an available role. Employment afterwards is not guaranteed.

How to introduce yourself.

Share your CV. If you have them, add examples of writing, a student project, a campaign, a social account you have worked on or your LinkedIn profile. A design portfolio is not required.

You can write your introduction in English or French.
